Kaisie Rayner, Senior Manager Fund Development & Responsible Investment at Lloyds Banking Group; focused on understanding and enabling finance to support the transition to a low carbon economy.
Kaisie Rayner joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2017 to lead the implementation of a Responsible Investment Framework for Scottish Widows one of the UK’s largest Defined Contribution (DC) pension providers. Since joining she has been evangelical about the need to integrate and embed Environmental, Social & Governance risk analysis across the organisation and has actively contributed to the development of the Group Sustainability Strategy aligned to the broader purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.
Kaisie has been the driving force behind Lloyds Banking Group joining the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) which is a network of nearly 150 members, including nine of the 10 largest pension funds and asset managers in Europe, who represent over €21 Trillion in assets and take a pro-active approach to managing risks and opportunities related to climate change.
